Established in 2016, we are a registered NDIS provider offering a holistic, individualised approach to supporting people in all environments including; home, school, work and in the community.

Our Approach
Pivotal Leader’s approach provides holistic, neuro-affirming support to individuals who are experiencing difficulties.
We recognise that a person’s difficulties may be influenced by a wide range of factors, including sensory responses, mind-body connections, difficulties with Executive Functioning skills, past or present trauma and more.
Working collaboratively with all key supports in a person’s life, we ensure a consistent and integrated approach that leverages their existing strengths, interests, and capabilities while also being mindful of past and present trauma. Our ultimate goal is to support them in living the life they want to live.
We are committed to ensuring that every individual has the same opportunities as others to actively participate, contribute, and belong to their community. We envision a future where they can engage in meaningful roles, build deeper relationships with family and peers, and live the life they choose.
